ChocTilly despatches handmade chocolate from Bridgnorth, Shropshire. Postage is calculated at checkout. The rates below apply to the United Kingdom according to the shipping zones set in our shop.

UK postage

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3–5 working days, including despatch): £4.95
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–3 working days, including despatch): £5.95

Free Track 48 delivery

Tracked 48 is free on chocolate orders of £50 or more (after discounts). Tracked 24 remains £5.95 even when the basket qualifies for free Tracked 48.

Gift cards are delivered by email and do not count toward the £50 threshold. Workshop and tasting bookings take place in our Bridgnorth shop and do not include postage.

Collection from 68 St Mary’s Street, Bridgnorth is available at checkout where offered.

If something arrives damaged

Email hello@choctilly.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Chocolate is perishable and otherwise non-returnable — see our refund policy.
