Refund policy

At ChocTilly, every creation is handcrafted and every experience thoughtfully curated. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following policy applies.

Chocolate & Edible Collections

All chocolates and edible products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are perishable items.

This includes gift boxes, seasonal collections, bespoke creations, and personalised orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@choctilly.co.uk, including your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue. We review each matter with care and will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Workshops & In-Person Experiences

All workshop bookings and in-person experiences are non-refundable.

Should your plans change, bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the experience. Requests made within 48 hours of the event cannot be accommodated.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
